What’s that bug?

Bug hunter, parent, wannabe entomologist

Hi I’m Mark and I love to find bugs either in the garden or in the nearby countryside (Warwickshire, UK). I’ve been finding bugs for the last five years or so and thought I would share how I go about finding them and working out what they are.

I’ll be posting a series of blogs covering how I approach finding and identifying various insects and other bugs hopefully helping you to do the same. This might be field trips, results from traps, spotting individual specimens or breif reviews of the books and equipment that I use.
